Rare Royal Doulton Mad Hatter yellow bow tie collorway Small size 3 3/4'' tall character jug. Made for the Higbee Co. In 1987 in a limited edition of only 500 of which this is # 422. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or glaze crazing but I have to mention a tiny glaze rough spot behind the left ear of the mouse handle made in production.
