Royal Doulton Character Jug Johann Strauss II D7097

Up for sale is this very nice large character jug depicting Johann Strauss II. J ug has nice coloration. Jug is approximately 7 tall and was produced during the period 1998 to2001. In the Charlton catalogue of character jugs 10'th ed. This jug is one of eight in the "Great Composers"collection.

This was a difficult item to photograph due to reflections. Please note the jacket is solid black and the hair is solid brown. The painter missed one small spot at the top of the jug with the brown as shown in photo number 6. I have three others from this collection also listed at this time.
