LIMITED EDITION #1265 OF 2,500. Royal Doulton Character Jug, King Charles I Double-handled D6917 (black, yellow and red coloration). Series: Royalty, issued 1992 in limited edition of 2,500. This jug was issued in a limited edition of 2,500 to commemorate the 350th anniversary of the English Civil War in 1642. It is unusual in the sense that it is the first three-handled character jug ever produced by Doulton.
