Authentic ROYAL DOULTON England Made in England "The Huntsman" was created by Harry Fenton, first issued in 1950. Using the date calculating formula known to Royal Doulton collectors, this piece is marked under the glaze with a handwritten number 38 next to the Royal Doulton backstamp, so added to the date 1927, it places this piece as produced in 1965. Condition is EXTRAORDINARY - MINT - always kept wrapped in thick cotton cloth & stored away from light and any contact.
