Royal Doulton'ard of'earing Character Mug small D6591. Approximate size 3.75" H x 3.5" W x 2.75 D. With his hand held to cup his ear, this cockney gentleman, in tricorn hat, is a comical representation of a deaf man. This jug was not a great commercial success for Royal Doulton in the 1960's, which led to a short production period of only 3 years.
