Royal Doulton Thomas Jefferson Character Toby Mug 1993 1424/2500 Mint Condition. Limited Edition D6943 Presidential Series.

Pre-owned, mint condition, as good as new, even the bottom looks new to me as there isn't really any sign of being displayed imo. There there is a circle mark at the bottom of the mug, not sure what that is, maybe sticker mark or production blemish? (see pics with bottom shown). Last pic shows a little hole at the bottom of the handle, this is just a ceramic feature (have to make a whole for the piece to expand and contract to avoid breakage during high heat production process); it is NOT an imperfection. The box has multiple imperfections, see the last few pics, will pack with care.
